How critical is a website for a new investor?

It is super-critical for you to network and build a team of agents, attorneys, investors, and lenders.

The ability to think critically, solve problems and analyze potential investments is also critical, because no matter how well you communicate, you need to understand and be able to identify good deals.

@Blake Powell  what kind of nest egg do you have to start with.. that will be critical in your thought process..

The whole point of this post was to help people think more critically about their investments.

I think focus and clarity is critical in moving ahead.  

Any advice, suggestions, schooling, corrections or criticisms are welcome. :)

I use rentometer.com and have gotten my agent on board with understanding that this is critical to my analysis.

Segregated accounts are critical so no threat of taint from another exchange.
