I'm currently commuting about 80 miles each way on a dea - but the commute is up the mountains and through a really awesome canyon that I can shred through lots of twisty corners on my bike, so I have absolutely zero complaints about that commute.Also, a 7 pack of junkers is a big job for a first deal.

There are about 30 townhouse units all less than 3 years old in my two square block residential corner of georgetown neighborhood of seattle (hipster/artsy neighborhood on edge of commercial and light industrial areas). 6 months to a year ago they were all sold out before even being completed.
