I think what you are referring to is a sheriff's sale where foreclosed on properties are auctioned off.What remarks do you post in your ads and with signs aren't there laws on where they can be placed.I make it very simple and to the point "I buy houses - fast cash - 580-XXX-XXXX" Don't give them every way in the world to contact you.
