With all of these factors considered investors are slowing down on buying and owner occupied buyers are becoming able to purchase homes as they were constantly getting out bid in the past.So with this being said inventory is growing and demand is decreasing and I believe the bidding wars will start to slow down as well as the hyper appreciation we have been seeing.
