@Stephen E. sorry, I got confused on that last sentence - do you already have access to loans that aren't Freddie Mac?  

So hopefully, you aren't confusing when you signed the docs vs when the actual closing was uspposed to take place.Otherwise, maybe closing was delayed until the buyer was able to get their funds released.

I'm confused by what your issue is with this?

I always wanted to be able to show the sellers how I came up with my offer price so they knew I wasn’t just making up a number and they weren’t confused.
