Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge that this community has to offer and you will find real estate investing is not hard to learn at all.

I'd say a lot of it went over my head but its awesome to have this amazing community where you can seek out answers and get intelligent, relevant information from people who know what they're talking about and aren't pretentious about it.

I started working early because i know my parents could not support all 4 children and I'm the eldest in the family so I usually use my own income.

HI BP community I have a land that I want to build several houses on it, and I am looking for a good a builder who I will going to have good sustainable long  term relationship. since I am building those houses for rent  and not my own dream house, so they must be as efficient as possible and quality for rent.  

Not sure if you structured the debt to support a rehab strategy or not.Keep us posted...this has the potential to be a huge capital gain, rehab or not.
