My wife and/or I walk our dogs multiple times a day (and night sometimes, unfortunately) in our neighborhood, walk to local eateries and coffee shops, have beers (at night!!!)

I don't use coin operated machines, I charge $50 more a money to have a Washer and Dryer on each unit, its a luxury.  

It was actually a nice quiet little room with coffee, and peace and quiet.

Lights, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, fans, computer, TV, etc, it all becomes heat in the end, Even the end product of your A/C unit is heat, it's just getting blown outside.That being said, no matter what you're using for heat, be it a fancy Eden Pure, 20 dollar milkhouse heater from Walmart, 240 volt baseboards or fifteen 100 watt light bulbs, the above formula applies.It's real straightforward and anyone trying to tell you different is probably trying to sell you something. 

This is a little off topic but do you answer all incoming calls or do you let them go to the answering machine (or equivalent)?

., all while she's trying to find funding to expand her business and buy a new packaging machine for making her natural beef stix, "Simply the Best Meat Stix"  Whole Foods and another natural foods store want to stock her product because they're so delicious.
