As for hiking destinations, Gilbert is super close to South Mountain and closer to the Superstition Mountains than Tempe or Scottsdale.Thanks,Christian

I ultimately ended up purchasing closer to home (utilizing parameters advised here). 

He says active termites, suggests an inspection.

If it had central air, I believe it's closer to $8-9k.

Sometimes I feel they put someone in the place and never inspect the place after that.I've come by when I get to town and find grass growing through a bicycle that was laying on the lawn.
