Hi, I have a property in the edge of the university city area of Philadelphia.

I've been discussing a few different investment options for the city and wanted to see what actual investor are thinking along the lines of investing in cash flow in the city vs flipping.

As our longtime "favorite city" I have stayed all over the place there and have never had a hot tub, and it didn't phase me one way or the other.

They were showing the top property manager as someone who owns timeshares in other states and has nothing to do with our area.

I currently own 6 out-of-state single family home rentals which I bought turn-key through Norada Real Estate.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the city as a whole, areas you like/dislike, any things to look out for as someone who hasn't invested in this province before, as well as recommendations of realtors and property managers.Cheers,Brian

The headache of a getting a tenant out that refuses to leave is dependent on your state laws.
