I personally prefer the previous person’s post of the two 5 year leases because if your dentist has either bought or financed all of the equipment to start the practice they likely will have run the numbers on how much it will cost to stay open for more than a year.

Too much to place in one post - the advice I will give you is whatever anyone says realize it will take you a lot longer and will be a lot harder than anticipated

If you don't want to take on time consuming projects, get your hands dirty, or self manage, you're going to get a better return from lower maintenance investment options.Funny thing just happened here - I'm betting that you posted this expecting a litany of real estate investors telling you to invest in real estate.
