Unfortunately many of the job requirements cannot be outsourced or redeployed as I have to be present in order to perform the job.

I am looking at getting into real estate in Dallas and would need to know how the market is performing for real estate agent:Is it something you would encourage someone?

I would allocate some money to each strategy and see which one performs best.

You could structure their investment as second position debt (if the main lender approves) or preferred equity where they invest X dollars and get a fixed return of 7-12% annually regardless of property performance.

(The jet website is performed by highly trained professionals.

So that is 0.1% (DMM) vs 15% (Website + DMM)So having a website that is great will perform 150 times better than without a website.
