The documentation for a full doc loan will include two years tax returns, recent pay stubs, a couple months of bank statements, a signed loan application, proof of funds for downpayment, and whatever else may be needed to document the borrower's income and liabilities, as well as other assets.

Sometimes promises don't get kept.Take photos before you move in, so you have proof of condition.Don't rent a place with a big yard if you don't want to do lawn care.

Upper right hand corner was the corner shower unit, this was a round sliding door, so the shower door does not swing into the bath; the stationary part of the glass was closer to the sink, and the sliding door was closer to the doorway.

<<Unfortuntely, you picked the wrong business if you are trying to avoid conflict.The problem I find is that a LL really only has two options with a problem tenant: Ask 'em nicely, or NUKE 'EM (with an eviction).If your tenant is not 'judgement-proof' and if you have an excellent lease, chances are good that you will be awarded your late fees, your court costs and lost rent once you evict them.
