I am brand new to this forum and really love everything that I have learnt so far from reading through different discussions, so first off Thank You!

They made it easy to say yes, and Aug 5th I begin and they have a brand new 2020 Ford F150 waiting for me.

In large scale new construction you are competing with brand new homes from the builder and they can cut prices and offer incentives that most existing homeowners simply cannot afford to do.  

I'm a brand new wholesaler and I'm ready to strive for my first deal I have a list.

I think when you are buying in the WA the level of service and amenities are extraordinary, but my my personal opinion is the it quite inflated due to brand recognition. 

I flipped yet another one a few doors down as well buying it for $8000 in Nov. 2019 and selling for $30000 in Feb. 2020.

I've been wearing it daily since January and they look brand new.

I will partner with them for the BR and return their capital plus some interest when I RR.

Custom cabinetry work to cover wall bump out for water line, this innovation and our design capability was what won us this project.

The appraisal basically gave value for footage, BR, and BA but no value for the kitchen other than for the footage.
