How did you finance this deal?

3 payments as project progressed. 30% upfront.

How did you add value to the deal?

We were able to design around the space. Used creativity to cover a bump out in the wall for a water line. Our construction knowledge allowed us to make changes on the fly with owner approval. We were able to open up the wall section between the kitchen and dining room. Owner was very pleased with our process and ideas.
