Wholesaling is coming under increased scrutiny in a lot of states because of mishandled sellers resulting in costly fines for the "wholesaler" not to mention the damage it does to wholesalers credibility in the marketplace.Until you have a couple of successful deals under your belt, better to share some loaves than burn down the bakery.
