I have 4 SFR and 1 Multi (4plex) currently under my belt.

Wholesaling is coming under increased scrutiny in a lot of states because of mishandled sellers resulting in costly fines for the "wholesaler" not to mention the damage it does to wholesalers credibility in the marketplace.Until you have a couple of successful deals under your belt, better to share some loaves than burn down the bakery.

Depends if you want to save time or money, either way, get the proper education first.Once you have a basic education under your belt, I would suggest joining the private Facebook group "Land Motivation".

Until you have a whole lot of successful flips under your belt (25+ is a safe bet), I wouldn't recommend trying to flip outside of your area.
