$12 bucks for a beer dang I can get 25 cents a beer at the local bar lol.Seriously though Will we live in a society of greedy cheating dishonest idiots who don't give a crap about anyone but themselves I mean look at all of the ponzi scams being brought out in the open now.I rather make a living doing the right honest way than screw someone just for a quick buck.Honesty is the best policy.

In exchange, buy them coffee and ask as many questions as you can.By volunteering, you won't be working for money and you'll actually get the chance to learn and by sitting with them, you'll tap a large source of knowledge.As for reading through books, there are tons of scams.

I received a scam call from Loan Depot offering really good opportunity to Refi my Condo and it looked so straightforward and smooth process all different than the service I received from my broker lender to get the loan for the property purchasing...It looks like Loan Depot they do the refi in less time and they require less paperwork and the guy promised that they will match any APR rate I could find anywhere else.
