Need a lease agreement reviewed? 

For example, would you really transfer transfer Title to me (with probably no other agreements/paper) and expect me to rent it out and send you the rent while paying for all the expenses? 

In the management agreement, there was a clause stating I'd have to use one of their realtors if I later sold the house.

We can all guess as to what happened but you should really speak with your PM and get the answer before complaining it was excessive.As for the 10% markup, that's probably explained in your agreement with the management company.
