Hi, I'm evaluating a deal and wanted some advise.I found a property that is less than a 5 min walk from a major university.

If your market was a state capital or dominated by a big public university, unemployment did not go much above 6%.

A little background on me, I’m currently a full-time student at Robert Morris University in Moon Township, studying the field of finance.

A little about myself, I basically spent most of my life in Tennessee and went to college at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

I live in the Bay Area... most expensive place in the universe... so I probably will not invest in this area.

Once I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017, I got one of those dreaded W2 jobs but instead of being 9am-5pm it was more like 6:30am - 6:30pm.
