The max LTV to cash out NOO with conventional financing is 75%, so you would need around a $460k appraisal to accomplish this.You are better off just putting your 5% down and not jumping through the extra hoops to not really gain anything.

Just one more idea....And while snowballing can go pretty fast once you get a few paid off, this strategy would probably take longer than ten years to accomplish, however, so take that into account (but maybe saving 1M would too, not sure of your financial capabilities).

My comments are the layman's who has had to do this, and simply the simple steps I used to accomplish the task, but the net of it is, "let a professional do it".Good to understand the framework as an investor/owner, but I sure don't need to concern myself with the nuances, that's what were all building a team for.
