It matters because all the investors must follow their guidelines and to net a certain amount while if a small regional bank or local credit union owns the loan or paper, then they can do whatever they want to get out from under this.

So our waste on health care is only bound to go up.We also waste a lot of money on education because of the influence of teachers unions (combined with a stupid electorate).Finally, while private sector unions have been declining in power, government unions have remained very strong.

Im in the military and i would like to know how to start out, i.e. land, or housing, how much recommended to spend. i have steady income, so im not worried about dropping alot right now, as long of course that i get it in return later, anything would be good i guess is what im trying to say haha, thanks for anything!
