Yes, coming from QBS or Excel All of the software mentioned will seem super automated and extremely advanced. 

I can't understand how people found $7K deals that rent for $600/month...super jealous and scratching my head at those tenants.

Unfortunately, most of what I have seen in modular is super custom, high end stuff.

You can also draft a great lease for a super affordable rate (less than $20!)
