With most of the stock being older properties built ~1900 - if the property was not kept up with you'll run into a number of old things such as....knob and tube, lead paint, asbestos wrapped piping.

Some of the habits I am implementing are setting aside certain time slots for tasks per day such as reading a book for 30 minutes, posting or networking on BP for 20 minutes, analyzing deals for 30 minutes, listening to a podcast for 30 minutes and analyzing stock for 20 minutes.

I have no experience and a pretty solid financial situation (from stock investing) so, recently my real estate agent and I have been looking at new build DUPLEXes in the philly area.

They are also wary of the stock market and the return they can get on financing the sale is likely equal to or greater than what they can get in the financial markets with much less risk. 

I also do a lot in the stock market so I would hope that person has lots of experience in that area as well.

Stocks are at an all time high, people have sat on money not knowing how Covid would impact things and there's a lot of players trying to diversify. 

I looked at the stock prices of the companies and they aren't doing bad.
