I'm currently using Office 2007 and thinking of upgrading.Office 365 looks good cause it is always up-to-date and is allowed on up to 5 computers, but it is a recurring cost.Office 2013 looks good cause it is a one time cost, but will eventually become outdated and is allowed on only one computer.I figure this is a REI relevant question cause I'm sure almost everybody here uses Word, Excel and possibly Outlook.

I think you're saying that you are going to use a lease/option to purchase a property but you want the eventual purchase price to be the mortgage balance when you exercise your option and make the purchase.
