I wonder what difference it would make if applicant #1 has 1 dog and applicant #2 has 2 dogs.

If it's purely an investment statistically when things go wrong owners can walk away versus where they sleep at night.

They do have a pool, clubhouse and dog park which everyone loves.

I would venture to guess that will walk away from 500 million or more in Ghetto dogs that have been sold to them in Detroit Memphis , Rochester, indy, Cleveland etc etc.

Three people and two dogs were approved, but  now there are five people and four dogs, including at least one great dane, some of which have dug up the yard extensively and done other damages to the property.  

We get to the home and when walking up she got out of her car and had a corn dog in each hand. 

There was dog feeces all over the backyard.
