If you went to the grocery store to buy a carton of milk, but all the cartons at this store were leaking, would you buy 1 of those leaking cartons rationalizing that you could salvage some of the milk by drinking it really fast, and then transferring the milk (or what's left of the milk) from the still leaking carton to the empty carton of milk you are replacing at home?

Will they be proactively searching for buyers daily or just placing a sign in your yard and waiting on someone else to do the work?

Make sure you have appropriate clause such as picking up dog waste and not letting pets to hang out in patios or front yards of neighbors.

I'm looking for someone to do general yard cleanup and hauling of the debris in San Francisco.

More than likely YOU are not going to see any "slowing down" as people scramble to call you and stick a sign on their yard as equity vaporizes.... but "down" will likely be a key word to get used to hearing. 

Only critique is that you should have landscaped the back yard, but sounds like you're out of money so I understand that wasn't possible.You likely already know this, but there is only 1 reason that your home is not selling.
