If its turnkey, make sure you have quality documentation regarding the screening process and results for current tenants. 

We've reached out to a couple of PMs and have had the opportunity to stay in SRTs managed by them so we know their quality of work.

That is for large complex, where similar quality and updates are expected throughout the complex.

Bigger companies may implement larger work from home initiatives but the employees living in the City are more concentrated within small businesses than they are within conglomerates.These employees and business owners may move within an hour radius or so for better quality of life, but at the end of the day, their high paying jobs/businesses will largely dictate the need to be in more frequently.

Let me know if there's any neighborhoods you would recommend or avoid...I'm looking for relatively safe neighborhoods that attract high quality tenants.

Not including the obvious of outside/inside presentation and high quality pictures online.

I don't do Sec 8 in Belleville because we have no problem finding quality tenants in Belleville.
