Well, that’s at least what they tell me about it, because again…I’ve never set foot inside of the home.The key to flipping houses you’ve never seen is all about surrounding yourself with a good team.

My suggestion would be to team with an agent that knows investing and is familiar with the areas you are looking to invest.

Hello BP Team, i wanted to get your opinions on the best way to provide proof of funds to a seller and their broker when you are using private investor funds and hard money to purchase a Commercial property.For example,  funds aren't necessarily in my personal bank account but instead the funds coming from different investors. 

Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.Light bookkeeping using QB, general office duties, maintaining client files, running errands, creating flyers for properties and other announcements.Able to Multi-task and work efficiently.Must have excellent oral and written skills to correspond with clients a must!

BP,I am always building my team, and finally realized that the first thing I should have done is acquire a Real Estate Agent as a team member.

Do you want to purchase and rehab properties in a different state because if so, that will require you have a good team and boots on the ground wherever you are thinking of doing that.There is no problem at all with purchasing turnkeys.  

These can be tricky, so make sure that you are working with a team that thoroughly understands them.
