I was at a meeting the other night with John and Charlie, talking about my areas of interest and where I'm moving deals and whatnot.

I want to send a notice introducing us as the new owners and giving them notice that in order to renew their lease they first must consent to a criminal, credit, and eviction screening under our new minimum qualifications/new lease terms for all persons over the age of 18 that live in the home and also inform them that rent will be increasing November giving them the chance to stay if they want  and meet our rental qualifications or decide if it's best for them to move.I want to know does this seem reasonable and if there are some things I should consider before moving forward with this plan?

We are looking for investors to meet up with that are close to our area to network with. 

Not to mention that the ugliest part of "bad" flooring is usually the seam where the tile floor meets the wood/laminate floor.  

Get to some of the local meet ups in the QC area if you can and those connections will really get the ball rolling.

A meeting was set up for me to sign docs, and briefly read docs as I was signing, the wire instructions were included.Just prior to wiring funds , there was a warning about wire fraud , and I noticed that no letter head was included with the wiring instructions.
