Ultimately he will be responsible for the PMs actions and advising someone to remain ignorant of the law and the practicality of landlording is bad advice.Not sure if you meant it quite so literally but, scarily enough, I think some people may actually think "oh cool I can do this with no real knowledge of any kind...there are people for that".

It could be anything from helping them cleanout a new property (literal work such as removing old items, landscaping, cleaning, etc.), assisting them in finding deals (this includes helping them in their deal funnel), running errands, etc.
