But if your boiler is working right now and you are getting heat... run it until it dies before doing anything and hope it doesn't die in mid Feb.

Heat and wind can easily damage them so you must be very carful with them.

@Nathan Norway we rent the entire unit garage and all for 1100 per month with heat included (doesn't cost much to heat).
