Hi Everyone, Does anyone have any recommendations for any REIAs in the Bay Area closer to Vallejo in the north east bay?

Has 2 - 1/1 apartments and then a 3 bay garage/auto shop/storage in back.I am needing insurance recommendations.Located in Chester, PA. 

I have Section 8 rentals in Cleveland as well as here in the Bay Area and although generally speaking they have their similarities, you want to check with your local jurisdiction.

Hi @Amy Silverman - I'm in Castle Rock, but I was born in Bay City, and still have a large extended family there. 

You mentioned NYC, my answer will be biased from SF Bay Area experiences, mostly East Bay and Silicon Valley, with some SoCal mixed in.People chasing cashflow don't buy SFRs.
