Good evening everyone, Can you guys recommend any good or excellent books , so I can learn about section 8 or at least to grasp the idea how to make money with Section 8 ?

Sec8 in it's actual practical implementation varies a GREAT deal by the specific housing authority. Local to me Oakland and Berkeley are VASTLY different. So for a book to be useful, it would be limited to one specific housing authority.

Go to your local REIA, talk to folks that have tried, or currently use, Sec8 as part of their strategy. That's going to be where you figure out if it's viable in your area, and/or how to do it.
