Maybe you read that Colombia is a great market to invest in if you want to invest internationally and this is true.It seems to me though that you think you can apply the same technique as in the US but the rules are not the same in every country.

The reason you would have the top layer of LLC be in Nevada would be the strength of their internal liability shield, and others recommend Wyoming for the additional level of anonymity offered to those LLCs.

They can drive down and see their properties and there are international banks that will lend in the US

The local banks are the ones without a national presence who have some internal decision-making ability (one we talked to only has 2 branches, another has 5 branches).
