I have some knowledge on how to give a rough estimate of repairs but I was wondering if any fix and flippers could tell me how they estimate repairs for a single family home virtually? 

My plan is to buy and hold because I’m here to play the infinite game for me and my family.

Buying a single family home or duplex and renting it out is a great start.

I hold a number of 4-plexes in my personal name and am considering selling them to purchase a larger multi-family property.
