Often when they get served it is a wakeup call.

At the time I "thought" this did not really apply to my business as I had no desire to franchise but it would have served me well to have that mindset form the start.

The only other job I have had as an adult was serving in the US Army on the late 1980s.

I'm looking forwarding to learning more of this fast paced business and grow to serve my clients better to ultimately become an investor myself. 

Where is it heading, is it moving towards a walkable community where retial is desirable, or is it a place where it dosent fit the surroundings and would better serve the area as apartments.
