@Regina Bailey you are getting great advice already on this thread from other experienced property managers.

IMO, unless you have a ton of time and are experienced with skip tracing, best to just pass this off to a VA/service that has experience with this.

@Christian Wead I would say most experienced investors would advise your first investment to be a house hack.

I have been searching for parking deals for an experienced investor.

Having an agent helps you go through the process but if you are experienced you don't need one

It's a great proven way to break into REI.Step:1 Build credit and save for a down payment                                                                                Step:2 Get pre approved for a loan (consider FHA)                                                                          Step:3 Find a experienced agent(ask them what experience they have in investments)                Step:4 Learn to analyze deals and use the Bigger Pockets Calc.
