Long term employees performing fairly repetitive tasks in the same environment over and over again... materials shipped to the same place means less logistical nightmare to contend with.Cars are also a lot less of a team sport.

I learned building construction and building codes, which is knowledge that I use to this day.As a police officer I learned how to perform in a fast-paced environment, protect myself from hostile people, diffuse difficult situations, identify high-crime areas, communicate with people, and investigate concealed facts.

That might be more than 3 pounds worth, but I'd think getting on Ken's mailing list for his newsletter would be necessary reading for dealers or operators trying to do seller financing in this environment today.There is a lot of bad information out there, there is somewhat of an art to interpreting financial rules, regulations and law and they are not written for public consumption, in fact, they aren't really written for the average attorney but for specialists in that arena. :)
