I have a friend that works for American Airlines and really enjoys the perks too, sounds like a sweet gig.

I have enjoyed the first 34 podcasts and have decided it is time to break onto the scene. 

I am a principal commercial broker and also a retail developer for STNL and MTNL.I enjoy commercial but have many friends that do residential.

In the end, our family and friends matter most and creating a lifestyle that allows the time to enjoy and grow these relationships is my biggest goal. 

I have met with dozens of bigger pocket folks over the last year or so and I have always enjoyed my time.

It seems like a safe way to try out being a landlord, maybe just do a shorter lease at first (no more than a year) in case you don't enjoy it, then you can sell after the lease is up.

To make your life easier slow down do the bare minimum to get your job done satisfactorily and start enjoying life.

I am currently earning steady W2 income through my engineering career and try to live below my means while still enjoying life.  

I definately don't have as much experience as some but I enjoy talking about it, learning from others, and sharing my experiences.James
