Thinking about potentially seeing how to make inroads with Travel nursing agencies to get on a list of preferred housing.

I’m looking for ideas from other landlords/PMs in the area on how I can most effectively increase the funnel of quality applicants to my vacant units, or if there are specific resources/agencies that people have used to do so.

I asked her about wholesaling and her response was too go to school and get my license first and then join the Coldwell banker agency.

Many investors will lend on deals like this where a history of rent can be established, you don't have to meet all the agency requirements that you did for your other loan.

I also got pretty pissed off with the current market setup, where double agency is rampant (despite being illegal in all other professions) and where buyers agents don't disclose their compensation to buyers, so you have no idea if your buyer agent is consciously or subconsciously tipping the scale based on the best deal to him/her.

Meanwhile I chat with the agent and find out that he's not one of my agency's people, but reps the BUYER.

Apparently some states like Florida the title agency's can complete the entire closing, my friend mentioned to me it depends on the state, can someone tell me if the closing is necessary to be a lawyer who does it?
