What we did find over the years was that there are problems and rewards in every business you get into, and we prefer the problems and rewards associated with renting real estate over everything else we've tried.

I guess what i'm trying to say is, I don't know what field of real estate i should get into, or what books to read, or what clubs, what seminars are and aren't scams, where to get the money to start out in real estate even if it was just 1 property, and i most definitely don't know where to find a mentor without sounding annoying which would be the most challenging but most rewarding part.
