@Dylan Johnson and @K marie PI had a case where title insurance had been issued 3 times on a property, but when I went to sell (I did have title insurance when I bought, but the underwriter went bankrupt), the title wouldn't be insured because of an unsatisfied bank mortgage from 3 owners ago.Ended up going back to the back, luckily they were still around, and got a Satisfaction Piece.

So far from what I've seen if you bought in bulk you could then dissemble and sell off the piece you do not want as location wise it's still somewhat desirable especially for potential medical use or other office/retail functions that would go well near a hospital and on a main arterial road.
