@Minna Reid I'm quite ignorant of the landscape of CT, but something fell in our lap recently and did some research we were surprised to see some attractive Multi-Family investment properties in CT.

It feels much more real and personal than an avatar or photograph of a landscape.

However, as I read and listen to more, I keep finding stories of people who casually talk about redoing entire kitchens, knocking down walls, landscaping, completely renovating bathrooms, etc.
