I think I'll have a host of questions and a property-level dive would be extremely beneficial. 

Not so much a guest favorite but a host favorite.

I use the garages as game rooms so there are no alternatives for parking.If I was to purchase a 5BDR home, I would set it up so it can accommodate 14 guests, 3 rooms with king/queen and 2 rooms with double bunk beds for up to 4 kids in each room, this will allow you to host up to 5 families pushing your nightly rate and maximizing your revenue. 

For example my guess is AirBnB wants individual hosts not LLC hosts.

The upstate creia hosts meetings every 3rd Monday of every month if you're interested.

It appears their terms of service have changed, in the past month, and it no longer states that "hosts" have the $1M liability insurance coverage through AirBNB.  

How do hosts with spas usually handle this?
