It does eliminate the tire kickers...

People are tired of seeing the fake BS and there's only a handful of people willing to call it out.Just handpicked one of your mentions to search - Brad Sumrock - after typing this out. 

I got tired of the is this legal or not so just sent it in to the department for clarification.. this person got a case opened got a cease and desist and is now licensed.   

You will get tired, there will be late nights and weekends you sacrifice for your RE business, but at the end of the day it will pay off.
