I'm in the South Florida Market and inventory is not so great.I've driven around and found potential properties and have cold call to no avail.I got a realtor/mentor working with me trying to find properties but when we do they sell quick and overpriced.I've signed up to facebook groups and I've looked on craigslist but something on that site screams SCAM to me.So I've come to the point where I think I just wanna purchase a property off a wholesaler but don't know where to find good deals.
