Currently working on getting my real estate license and planning on flipping a house to donate to a veteran through Wounded Warriors and/or Homeless Vets here in Panama City, FL.

(110) left hand wound .192x2 5/8”x5 13/16”(42) right hand wound same dimensions. 

I wound up in a C neighborhood due to affordability.

Wound up selling the property to reposition that money into a better investment opportunity luckily in a higher market then when we had bought it.

We used to have a no pet policy but one way or another critters always wound up in the house.

My contractor wound up overwhelmed and demoralized.

I wound up covering a majority of my mortgage going this route.

Although it takes time to absorb through the skin, any open wounds would make it dangerous.

I am not posting this to rub salt in the wound as much as educate others: 1) waive of appraisal contingency should have only be done when you have a lot of confidence that the appraisal will come in at least as high as the negotiated price.  

The city inspector was flexible with our solution, but we wound up digging a trench around the whole perimeter of the garage and filling in 16"x20"x70' of concrete to add a footer...The last one was drainage.
