Looking for a place to stay Wednesday, June 26th-Monday, July 1st while in Denver for a wedding.

Forget about that wedding ring! 

Immediately following my graduation ceremony, I sold all of my worldly possessions, threw my laptop and some warm clothes into a NorthFace and decided I was going to try to make it on my own and live in Europe.During my travels I looked into; drop shopping, affiliate marketing, and starting my own YouTube channel, and came to the conclusion that I really wanted to do work that involves face-to-face interaction with people.

We're currently meeting on Zoom every other Wed.

Then i met my now wife, our plan was to sell after the wedding, buy a town house and then start a family.. ffw, wife got pregnant two months after we married, took me a year and a half to sell my condo and wound up making very little on it.. in then last two years, the place we wanted to move to now has the same town houses that we once were able to afford, just out of reach.. single family homes?

We had a Playstation (first generation) get stolen of all things, countless board games, and even an expensive salad/mixing bowl that was my buddy's wedding present was outside as a makeshift ashtray.

Now your birthday, wedding, and Christmas gifts are a little less expensive!

However, since I am out of state (and country) investor, I am not wed to that particular area though.Of course, the numbers have to work, but I am not too concerned about the 2%/50% rule or something like that.My focus of the investment is to avoid all the headaches associated with owning properties.

We just closed our first deal on wed. so I know it can be a little scary jumping in, But the water feels great once you're in!

I scheduled one buyer at 1 o clock on wed to see the house who might pay $46,500.
