IIRC, they only had 2 complexes in their "Cardinal Village" when I was attending.

Go back a little further and places like Soho, the East Village, etc. were places you never would have wanted to go. 

I have a 2 year old and we move the quieter northern end of the boardwalk, within walking distance of hustle and bustle of waterfront restaurants, bars shops carousel, etc in Pier Village.  

Depends on the area in SJ and what happens with the google village project.

We are looking for something in a community such as century village.

There are also the villages of Wappingers Falls, Fishkill, and Beacon that have a greater middle class population with good school districts. 

The one thing no one is discussing is how they have a built in pipeline for each factory from developing Bahia Villages (55+ community).
