I'm an experienced investor, agent, and a project manager for an established general contractor, focused mostly on historic preservation, custom homes, and investment properties (flips and holds). 

I just closed one for a customer.

BTW, Avail's customer support is US-based and fantastic. 

If you could customize the software that you are using, what would you like implemented?

Here’s the weirdest part: 1- minutes later, he opened the house door and got in. 2- the phone number listed on his profile is out of service. 3- the phone number he called me from, is VRBo customer service number! 

I think their customer service is awesome.

The Supreme Court said that it had to observe the Civil Rights Act and serve blacks, because its customers were in interstate commerce and therefore failing to serve them had a chilling effect on interstate commerce that Congress could regulate.I'll let people older than me tell us about the Green Book to show that the Supreme Court got that decision right.The point is that national rent control IS doable.

When finally the Customer Relationships person answered, he could not give me information about the status of the investment!  

Marking up repairs & maintenance, farming out customer service to people that can barely speak English, charge a lot of junk fees, etc.I'm just not comfortable doing any of that.  

The reason I’m looking into using llc is because it’s a commercial property with 5 units so there is significantly more liability with tenants and their customers and if there ever was a lawsuit I’d like there to be an llc.
