Our town has a small university, and we have been marketing it furnished to students.

On top of that, you have one of the biggest and best universities in the world here with Ohio State University.

In the midwest or in other colder climates move ins are tough in the winter so now that it's warming up we're seeing leasing traffic increase, so that's something to consider as well.
